Has anybody had any negative interactions with these guys?

Ordered a programme early June and still not arrived. Queried it after a couple of weeks and got a somewhat terse response saying it was being posted the next day.

Two weeks later, still not received and arent answering emails.

Ordered over 100 programmes in June and its the only one that has gone missing

So Im wondering if others have had issues

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. That wont happen, will take my custom elsewhere

They sound a well meaning but poorly run outfit. If its a one man team, its a lot of work, so I have a degree of sympathy

I'll help them out by not ordering again Smile

They print programmes that no-one else (not even the clubs themselves) can be bothered to, so a big tick there for me.

They have two options with their postage, standard and insured. Did you opt for insured?

Yes, I was impressed that part of their offering

No, it was only one programme and only worth a couple of quid. Not worth insuring.

For me its not about the money, or even the programme. Its all about customer service & trust. If you say you will post it tomorrow, then do so. Under promise and over deliver = happy customer

I wouldn't touch this lot. There have been plenty of negative comments on here about them in the past. Just buy from auctions or Ebay. It's a lot safer!

If you can send me an email to [email protected] I’ll jump on this now and get it resolved for you, no excuse but I’ll admit me, the wife and brother in law have been really snowed under catching up after being closed for two months and thousands of order from being closed to dispatch plus nearly 10,000 programme alone since the restart to send out, but please email me know and mark it for my attention and I’ll deal with your order enquire before I leave tonight. Sadly, it appears that they find it acceptable, to not provide the programmes you ask for, then refuse to pay you back the money.

I have to applaud Andy for his responses to me this evening.

It’s a shame i had to post on here to get a response, but so far his attempts to repair the damage has been first class.

It’s tough running a business and balancing customer needs with costs so I have sympathy for anyone that finds it overwhelming at times.

Hopefully, my issue will be sorted. I will post again if so in order to provide a fair and balanced account

You just need to look at the homepage for M60 programmes to get an idea of the breadth of current programmes being bought and supplied to customers, including an unprecedented wide range of otherwise 'digital only' programmes being professionally printed.

In my job I produce legal documents for property transactions (conveyancing) and I constantly juggle incoming and outgoing orders, keeping everything within a tight timescale. I know how non stop it must be, and occasionally when I rush I very occasionally make mistakes.

When I get something brought to my attention I can only apologise for the error and the inconvenience caused, and put it right immediately.

It seems human error is at fault, but things have been put right and all is good again

I have always got what I order from M60 and wouldnt hesitate from using them in the future.

I have ordered from them a lot and have had only one boo-boo and that was quickly sorted.
For printing digital only they are a blessing.

In their defence I must say that I have ordered from M60 on a few occasions and always received the programmes promptly. I also pre-ordered a programme for a match that subsequently was not played due to the lock down and received a very timely refund without asking first.

I am a firm believer in judging a company not on if they make errors or not, but if there is an error how quick they are to correct it.

And Andrew of M60 was true to his word. He investigated the issue, made right the issue and kept me informed along the way.

I whole heartedly endorse using M60
