I ordered the programme from Middlesborough v Swansea off ebay, i think it was about £5.99 ...... today i received a message from the seller saying that Middlesborough aren't actually doing a printed copy now, and received my money back which was great but a bit annoyed that they said hey would then they don't

Its common practice....nothing ventured nothing gained as it were.

Its a no lose situation for them, target the upcoming games, if no programme no worries just refund it, if they are printed they're in profit because the programme would be £3/£3.50 direct from the printers.

I can understand them not being able to get a programme for a behind closed doors game as no programme being issued, but people selling current season programmes as pre orders and then not fulfilling orders and just refunding money on Ebay without any comeback is starting to happen more and more often.

Would just like to say what an enjoyable and informative thread this is.

I've restricted myself to premier league clubs first match back after the restart although Got Norwich v Everton as Southampton was sold out!!! Not digital savvy so currently on 8 out of 16 clubs.

would be interesting to know what the print runs are for the behind closed doors match programmes compared with a normal match day.

Happy collecting....

The FA Cup tie against Manchester United is now sold out according to the Norwich website. Don't know how many they've printed, but they're certainly making sure that they aren't left with unsold copies. West Ham and Brighton now on sale, with just Burnley to follow.

Not programmes, but two paper tickets for the original date for the Norwich - Manchester United FA Cup quarter-final have just sold on eBay for £125.45. City had 22,000 season-ticket holders in a 27,000-capacity ground in 2019/20 and any of them buying their seats would just have it loaded on their cards, so there will be far more tickets for away supporters than home fans in existence.

I would have loved to have had a paper ticket for Liverpool v Palace (I get 3 for every game as an away season ticket holder along with my wife and son) and I bet that would have been worth quite a bit, but I was one of 200 Palace fans selected for a paperless trial (ie loaded onto Palace season card)

Anyhow for collectors of Leicester, Brighton or Chelsea, you can pre-order professionally printed programmes of your games at the KP

Leicester v Brighton

https://www.m60footballprogrammes.com/leicester-city-v-brighton-bcd-matchday-professionally-programme-20192020---23rd-june-2020-492351-p.asp

Leicester v Chelsea

https://www.m60footballprogrammes.com/leicester-city-v-chelsea-fa-cup-bcd-matchday-professionally-programme-20192020---pre-order-1-492359-p.asp

This is through M60 programmes

I suspect this is the only way you will get proper versions of these programmes, so well worth getting on board with this

Mates of mine that support the lot south of the river (Bristol C**y) have said they are only doing an online version of their programme for the lockdown games.
See the first one here. https://robinstv.bcfc.co.uk/newsstand/

I've received the following behind closed doors game programmes so far

Spurs v Man Utd, West Ham
West Brom v Birmingham
Brentford v West Brom

Should be getting the rest of the Spurs homes from my subscription with Reach sports and have ordered the Palace away from the club (Thanks to someone on here), Sheff Utd on ebay and Newcastle printed version on Ebay.

Have ordered the 4 FA Cup 6r games printed versions on ebay as well. I am hoping the FA produce something for the semi finals and final.

Someone did mention that they liked the size of the behind closed doors programmes and that is something I did like about the two spurs, West Brom and Brentford issues as well, much smaller but still good reading material and much easier to store, it means I can fit more programmes into my every shrinking space at present (Expended three boxes and some folders into the dining room and am in the dog house).

Alongside the bumper programme being issued for the final four home games there are individual digital programmes for each game. 52 page issues I think.
