Can anyone help confirm for which match was this ticket ? It is dated 26 april 1978 but does not appear to be a league match. Was it a testimonial or friendly or perhaps a reserve match ? Thank you

Not a testimonial/friendly - Derby played Bruges and Nijmegen in friemdly games iin 1977/78 but neither on the 26 April 78.
