I think this is Deepdale based on a) the address on the stand b) the stand roof construction and c) the white strip

Any other suggestions...press photo is from the Lancashire Evening Post

Thanks for that....what makes you certain.....

I found a Birley Street in Blackpool but couldn't find an image that convinced me....

Just to add - definitely not Deepdale. There was no covered terrace on either long side at Deepdale. Just the pavilion on one side with uncovered enclosure, with the west stand opposite and a shallow enclosure.
