Total guess but something to do with Northampton Town Supporters Club?

Not sure but it seems to have possible Yorkshire connections as the person that owned it lived in that area.

New Town Wanderers Amateur Football Supporters Club c. 1902-13
played in Amateur FA Cup -v- Brent Old Boys AFC (1902) losing 4 goals to 1.
Later changed name to Newton Wanderers AFC. after WW1 . Neither club exist today. Q : "Is this badge for sale?"
