Real Madrid v Manchester United - European Cup Semi Final 1956-57

Is this a fake?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/11-04-1957-European-Cup-Semi-Final-Real-Madrid-v-Manchester-United-In-Madrid/312560779583

Enrique Mateos is spelt as "Mateous".
Becerril has 3 r's but that could just be a typing error.

Any comments?

As genuine as a nine bob note.

The "masthead" at the top has been photoshopped off the monthly Real Madrid magazine of the time.

The rest of it has been pasted together too.

Actually you are completely wrong. If you care to take a look at the superb collection of Manchesterunitedman1,in the album marked Manchester United v Real Madrid, you will see he has an original which is exactly the same. The only difference is that his has handwritten notes such as goalscorers on it but it is exactly the same, with the same spelling mistakes etc
The one on ebay is clearly being offered as a photocopy so i don't see what the problem is unless Manchesterunitedman1's is also as bent as a nine bob note which i seriously doubt

The item on my website is an original press sheet, i have 3 off them. Not many originals are in circulation, maybe less than 10??.

Sporting Memorys sold one for £600 as B F & E clearly states.

There were no programmes issued by Real Madrid, hence the high price for such a rare item.

I really am trying to get my head around this one. I can understand £600 for an original copy. What I find hard to accept is the cost of a poor photocopy being £10. In that case why not just take a screen shot and save the expense.

i agree completely.I am currently collecting more modern programmes that only cost a few pennies and i also collect scans of rare programme covers.A small tour round the top flikr sites and a good scanner costs me no more than a bit of time,of which i have plenty and a ream of paper.
