Football only started in 1992.

Liverpool 9 Palace 0 in 1989 - 9 different scorers.

What's the 1st division (ie top flight) record? Is the 0-9 tonight an all-time away record?

Yes, it's a top flight record away win
Steve Nicol scored twice in the 9-0 over Palace

So he did. Goals 1 and 9. And John Aldridge scored his last goal for Liverpool with his first touch (a pen).

As a Leicester fan it was well worth the 4 hour trip down their and getting soaked. Still not a fan of Friday night football. We will probably lose to Palace next week now as they tend to be one of our bogey teams.

Leicester haven't won any of the last 5 meetings, so the stats agree with you Smile

Interesting stat I saw yesterday.

Leicester without Maguire - 2nd.

Palace without Wan Bissaka - 6th.

Man Utd with Maguire & Wan Bissaka and £125m worse off - 14th.

Last 4 games Palace v Leicester (with Maguire) are 13-1 to Palace.

However, this is football we are dealing with, not paper.
