It's a lovely item, and with it being pre WW1 should be well worth the asking price. Other such Chester homes from the 1920's have mainly gone unsold on the football auction houses though, and have often wondered why Chester fans don't pay that kind of money for them as most other clubs' collectors would pay through the nose for their clubs programmes of that vintage.
