Monday 14th July.

The Glasgow Evening Times dated 12/7/69 (available here - https://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=2mus-XyGPC0C&dat=19690712&printsec=frontpage&hl=en) quotes the Kilmarnock manager saying how hard his players were working in training and that both Rangers and Celtic were not starting until the Monday
