Any England or Arsenal programme experts out there?

Hope someone may be able to help.
I have recently acquired the football collection of former Belgium international footballer and manager Francois Demol who played football for Belgium in the early 1920s
The album collection contains original photos, menus and programmes from the era all beautifully presented albeit stuck into a leather album.
It has the first ever international European match between England and Belgium at Highbury but isn’t the arsenal issue.
Has anyone seen anything like this before, it is a 4 page pirate style but quality card and coloured. It would suggest almost that it’s a player type vip issue?
Any help appreciated, I know the Arsenal issue once raised thousands!
