Despite knowing the seller, managed to miss these at Old Trafford a few weeks ago.

Managed to pick a set up on ebay as BIN's though (all 3 - red, white an black versions) so very happy

Love the wording on the United crest mate, very clever too in order to get around the copyright.

I'll say it myself but feel like I deserve a medal just for the journey there and back

This will have to suffice

Yes official - given away free to corporates. There are loads of them though in the boxes and posh seats, so pretty easy to get hold of.

Not amazing quality like the Arsenal corporate badges, but nice design nevertheless. Newcastle been doing corporate badges well over 10 years now and I'd say its their best effort ever

Couple of badges today at West Brom. Will post pics in due course, but essentially the same design as has been shown on here already.

On a separate issue, has anyone received match badges yet from the badgeman for Spurs v Palace (this season, Wembley)? Please let me know either on here or by pm

Haven't posted on this thread for a little while, been a bit down about the hassle of (not) getting a match badge for Spurs, sounds ridiculous I know nut I guess I'm a bit OCD about such things!

Will bring it up to date soon. In the meantime just a heads up that Dave from Brum has put up FA Cup match badges for R3

No sign of anything new from nadja which is a shame, and nothing for Swansea, looks like they have stopped doing the corporate ones and Big Al has 'retired' too Sad

January does bring Arsenal away for me though which if I can get them might bring some lovely corporate issues though.

Lovely badge Dorking.
Do you leave them sealed in the wrapper when they're like that?

I'm a bit OCD too buddy, and often if I've bought a loose badge and then another appears in original wrapping, I end up buying both.

I've got quite a stack of match badges to get from Dave to catch up, having been buying pressies and the like in Dec. We've also got a nice enamel set of six coming soon for the Leeds FAC match ...

Ooooh nice set!
No I don't keep them in their wrapping, they go in my coin folder - although I will keep the backing card as that is part of it to me

Long awaited badges catch up with rubbish photos as promised

Leicester away. Was on sale at the game, so although a plastic insert I count it! Same badge and scarf stall sold a set of 3 enamel badges last season, so a bit of a shame really as a backwards step really from a collecting point of view

Southampton. Happy with this one Smile

Brighton FA Cup (Made in Brum). Standard fayre but good enough as not expecting much else for the fixture

Arsenal

Not an easy photo to take, as the badges have magnetic fittings, and if you put two any closer together, they attract each other!!!

Cheers wiggy.

There are actually 4 different 'corporate badges' at Arsenal home games, all relating to different areas within club level:-

The Foundry (a bar)
Highbury Buffet (a pay as you use it buffet lunch)
A-la Carte (a pay as you use it restaurant)
WM Club (a VERY exclusive restaurant section)

The first 3 areas, people pay £5.99 for a badge if they want to buy one
The WM Club package is £5k a season, and you have to buy at least 2 packages. They don't pay for their badges.

Despite there being a huge number of corporate seats at the Emirates, very few people have twigged that there is interest in people buying the badges on ebay. They aren't slow to sell off all their spare (given free) programmes of course.

Consequently, whenever one of our matches there comes up, I email the few people who have history of selling them, and encourange them to put them on ebay for sale. Thus far I've never managed to get all 4 in a season, which is frustrating. It is amazing really that someone who goes in one of the most exclusive bits of the ground is bothered to flog off his free badges for a fiver too, but as they say it's a funny old game.

It is a shame there is no official route for buying these (eg buying leftovers after the event).

They are very nice! Next away games for Palace are West Ham, and sadly Big Al has stopped doing badges, so nothing expected there, and Everton, where there is the usual 'set of four', plus this season for the first time, a corporate badge to track down.

Still living the dream Wink

Thanks for that Dorking, i didn't know they were on sale. I get a few on Ebay and at Programmes Fairs.

As you say they are very hard to get hold off. I have 15 so far this season, far and away my best season for them.

None from The Foundry, yet.

Setting off for Everton very shortly. Should be a set of 4, plus there is a corporate which I have high hopes of getting if my groundwork pays off
