Why would he store single boxes on the floor like that ?

If his other units (other than the one we saw) are like that, then he is wasting a lot of money storing programmes

It's an interesting little news segment, but I just couldn't cope with having stuff strewn about like that. I'm a bit OCD about storing my bits & bobs.

No wonder his missus wanted it out of the house.

Very Happy

I had better not show the missus that...renting storage units...she'll have the garage emptied in a flash...

Is he a known dealer....not someone I recognise from the name at least?

Most Plymouth post 1959 but plenty of others including reserves, friendlies, Cup Finals Internationals and Club issues, handbooks and other sports.

Brilliant. Not sure he is a dealer as main comment was about becoming a valuer but if he is a dealer hopefully he is a successful dealer as cost of storage must be a fortune.

I started collecting again in 2012, I gave up my Rangers collection last year because I couldn't afford to continue, i'm a seller now but I don't sell on ebay, I must have around 25,000 programmes, my wife and I are in a one bedroom flat, all of my programmes are either in the living room or the bedroom, my missus is ok with it.

Best of luck to him. Seems a bit like a friend of mine, Phil from Cardiff who is very similar in renting out such spaces for a huge (mainly modern) collection. If it were mainly old programmes you could reasonably fit 100,000 of those in a spare room.

Shoeing your missus is never a good idea.
