Am looking to try and access some reasonable storgae for our ever growing stock of badges at out club shop at Auchinleck Talbot, plus for the 2 or 3 Programme Fairs we do annually.

Been on to the LAPELS online site, and the storage trays there looked good but I wasn't sure the total cost (because it looked ambiguous) or, indeed, how to actually order them online.

Anyone have suggestions where I might be able to get something to store up to about 500 badges without breaking our bank account please?

thanks, John

For the shop displaying, and to easily transport them about, your best bet is good old fashioned cork boards John.

They won't hurt your purse either buddy.

Littlewiggy is right, cork board is easiest to manage, especially for butterfly clasps

Brooch cover the board in something like felt and it gives the brooch something to clasp onto.

I've seen the coin holders used in files but that takes ages to go through where frequently you want to see everything at a glance

Yeah spot on Gresty.
Coin holders & coin envelopes etc are more for private collections.

Cork boards allow your customers to view everything at a quick glance, and are easily transportable and readily available from anywhere like Tesco etc for around five to ten pounds.

You'll get a few hundred on a standard board no problem.
