Been a while, here's one for you to tackle



Bloke scoring, No 11, looks to be in European kit. Keeper seems to have fair hair. Peter Wells? Scarf behind him seems to say RXK.....ACHSEN
That's only a guess. I've blown that area up below to help. In case it's Wells in goal I've checked through the Southampton in Europe games in the Wells era and they played Marseille, Carrick Rangers, Anderlecht, Limerick, & Sporting Lisbon. But I have no idea if he played in those games. And indeed, it may not be him at all!

I may be miles off with this one Pete, but my initial thought was Hamish McAlpine of Dundee United.

Dundee United played PSV Eindhoven in 1982 - second half of the scarf looks more like the end of Eindhoven to me? Could well be wrong though

Hi Pete - I think that scarf reads AIK Stockholm, whose strip is, from memory, very narrow blue and white stripes.
