Anybody else had problems since they went bust? New management are awful I've been waiting 8 months for pre ordered programmes and have sent several emails and been fobbed off on many occasions that they will arrive. Definitely the worst customer service I have received since being a collector, puts you off the hobby tbh. Has anybody received anything they ordered? I even want to order more programmes with the new company and said I will make another bulk order but they still cant pull their finger out of their arse. Shake

Somebody I know had been in touch with them a few months ago, and was told that they would not be sending out anything until they had cleared existing orders of about 63,000 programmes. Might be a long wait Laughing

I received my order yesterday that was ordered 14 March

9 months still waiting! Have they gone rogue or have people actually been receiving their orders? I only ordered 10 from last 2 seasons so shouldn't be high in demand and should be easy for them to obtain I would have thought.

Im still missing around 15 programmes from about a year ago now and the website has now been closed, can anyone help with knowledge of what has gone on here. Seems like the second company went bust also, does anybody have contact details for Stephen that ran it?

NW programmes fault originally but the new company prmosied me they would order, he sent me emails over 6 months saying they were coming and nothing arrived, now im £50 out of pocket!

Surely somebody else is in the same situation?
