its actually a 16 page issue i have listed a couple of pages which may clarify

possibly these pages refer to the 4 teams in the group

The four team pages pictured are Ireland, Scotland, Greece and Portugal, so looks like Group A.

I agree. It looks like scenario B I mentioned above, the first stadium name is where the final was to be held and the second is the stadium for the group A games and this programme covers those games. I'll run it by Igor on Monday to confirm.

Igor agrees it's a group programme. Aside from the cover and the four pages of the countries involved in the group, the other two pages titles refer to the Rules of the tournament and the history of the tournament.
