No but with a BR2 postcode he lives in or near Bromley in Kent.

At first glance this looks to me a bit like the replica version.Maybe it is the scan.

The programme is certainly a replica produced by the club in 1988/9 to celebrate 50 years in the League, I messaged the seller when it first appeared but my advice was ignored, therefore my attempt to contact the buyer.
