Didn't Flanagan and Allen play together for Charlton, think they also had one called Anil Koc.

Or Bernt Haas of West Brom.

Bernt Haas was in a few Swiss National squads with Andre Muff.

Alas former Charlton defender Rod Fanni was unfortunately French, otherwise he'd have fitted into that Switzerland team very nicely indeed.

I remember Spurs playing Brighton and both sides had Gordon Smith in their team.

Double-barrelled names used to be virtually unheard of in the game but there seems to be a proliferation of them nowadays.
One non-league team (I can't recollect who now) had no fewer than 3 in their line-up.
Is it a new trend or something? To do with women's lib, perhaps?

Having been brought up on a diet of Carry On movies and On The Buses, I'll risk being thought of as puerile in suggesting that every collection should have a Penistone Church programme.......now if they'd only play Clitheroe in a pre-season friendly Smile
