Hello everyone
Hoping some knowledgeable collector out there may be able to tell me why this Barcelona ticket the brown one is different from the standard colour issue? Anyone have a similar ticket for a different match?
Thanks for any help you may be able to offer.
Bipshamseasider I hope you don't mind me using your ticket image to highlight the difference
Many thanks

probably the same as the system Real Madrid operated because both stadiums were enourmous and had many tiers.

One ticket was to get you in the ground and sit at the very top in gods with unreserved seating, the other ticket that shows the block and row and seat number which is a reserved seat purchased in advance.

I am aware also that once in the stadium at Madrid and Barca it may have been possible to "upgrade" to a better seat also.

Here is an originbal letter from Barcelona to Blackpool discussing the match details in advance-amazing what turns up eh!

The top ticket is for the grandstand seated area and the other is a season ticket holders priority ticket issued for Friendly / Cup games.
