large bundles on Ebay!!!

Hi All

I have come to a decision that I am going to start dealing in Programmes again so contacted, or sent messages to 5 Ebay sellers of large bundles of progs asking various questions about their offered lots.

Now nearly 10 hours on I have not one response from any of them, what the f*** is the matter with folk these days.

I am after large collections 5000, 10000, 20000 etc as a base stock 1970s onwards and also large bundles of 60s 50s etc etc.

I am happy to offer realistic prices you would obtain if selling at auctions.

I think the problem is that 1970,s programmes have very little value.

I have complete seasons of pompey from say 1986 onwards to move on.....

But

for the little amount you would be offered, you just chuck them back in the loft.

Thanks for the response pompey, yes you are correct, there is little value in them and as long as people are realistic then the chances are I will purchase them. Just wanting stuff people really want out of the way. maybe for space reasons etc.

I will be buying at auctions in the coming months anyway however I thought I would post it on here also and see whats laying around. I have had some responses so will be taking those up if a deal can be done.

most people on here know what programmes are likely to go for if they stuck them into auction in bulk so as long as they are being realistic then a deal will be done.

If they are not prepared to sell them for that amount, then that is fair enough sometimes the creaking loft supports are the best hiding place for them.....to keep the wife happy.
