European Cup Finals 1956 - 1970

Looking to collect the first 15 or 16 programmes from the European Cup Finals.
Obviously, some programmes are way out of my price range but I have a couple of questions:

Why the vast difference in value, e.g. price range between the 1963 final and the '62 and '64 finals?

Was there a programme issued in 1965? (Inter v Benfica)

Anyone selling any of the 1955 to 1970 finals?...originals NOT copies please.
Ideally excellent condition. Progs only, not interested in papers, tickets or any other items...

No programmes known for 1957, 1965 or 1970 finals.

1963 is particularly common because it was played at Wembley. Big crowd, big print run. I didn't think 1962 was hugely rare, but i have a copy so I'm not worried!

Thanks - the forum has been very very helpful again. Now clear on what's available and what never existed! (and which items are super rare and expensive!!!)

managed to track down 1959 to 1964 in mint condition and the others are on eBay at a wide variety of prices and condition.

1967 Celtic v Milan seems expensive but i assume EVERY hoops fan wants a copy so the price stays high!

The 1964 issue should have a four page insert (on pale yellow paper) containing the team lists and details of match officials.

The original 1967 issue should just have one centre staple (a very good reprint has two staples whilst another reprint is the wrong colour on the cover !!!)

Actually it was the opposite...played on a Wednesday afternoon with a crowd of just 45,000+ so probably many left over

Having worked on a few Euro Finals in the past I have decided to branch out from the usual Rugby League areas that i collect and try and get a complete 1956 - present day European Cup Final / Champions League final set of progs...

(Okay, let's forget the £1000+ items!, the no issues and the dodgy "re-prints"!!)

So, more questions:
Malmo - Forrest - why are there two issues, Red and Orange?
Steaua Bucharest - AC Milan - Why is this so scarce?

The others I'll pick up over time (hopefully) but feel free to offer some of your spares.

early Champions League Final programmes from 1993 - 1998 seem to be very high £40+ to £90

any reason for the high prices? limited run, expensive on the night, supply and demand?

Also has anyone got the following for sale:

1990 - 1998 Finals at sensible prices...

1958 Final - reprint copy

84 Roma Edition is I think Roma Mia Edition. It's ultra rare and I think it was only issued to Roma Supporters Club Members. The black edition one is I assume Italian FA or VIP Edition. I've never heard of that edition but I can remember a roma mia edition for this match going on ebay for from top of my head about 300 quid atleast a year ago. Sorry I know it don't help you friend but I wish you good luck on your quest.

The black VIP edition has become more common over the years but still regularly commands prices of £250.00 plus. I actually got my copy bizarrely from the airport after the game.

I'm surprised the Roma Mia edition went for that price as you can generally pick one up nowadays for around £25.00. I got mine from Brentside programmes.

All in all there are about 10 different publications for this game including the irritatating English edition which is now officially recognised by UEFA but was never actually on sale anywere in Rome

And thanks for the updates in general, the 1984 Black Book was indeed at the airport and the 1977 grey 'UEFA' edition also bought at airports on the way home according to my old neighbour who followed Liverpool everywhere on the 1970s and 80s.!
