Oh, there's no bits missing, all intact and no writing. It's in very good condition.

Holtie is spot on. I live in the Rhyl area and some stuff is worth having but others from the 50s you can't give away. It was the Lilywhites golden era and they printed in huge numbers for Cheshire League games, often selling the programme on a Friday in local pubs and newsagents as well as at Belle Vue on matchday.
The home games in the FA Cup proper always fetch a good price but the two to look out for are 50/1 v Norwich and the Festival of Britain game against Dundalk - they fetch top dollar.
In more recent times the single sheet early 80s programme for a friendly between Shrewsbury and Stoke played (January?) at Rhyl as the West Midlands was icebound is very sought after.
The late 50s involving Man U - v Rhyl and v Western Command always fetch a good sum too.

Question for you Mark.

1st round of the FA Cup 1956/7 - Rhyl v Scarborugh - is this programme rare? I have all others from Rhyl's FA Cup run (proper) but not that one. Any luck?

Hi Pete - that is one of the harder ones along with the Rochdale home from 49/0 and away at Selby Town in 48/9 (from memory). Bradford PA in 55/6 is also worth having. Late 50s, 60s and early 70s FA Cup issues are fairly easy to obtain.
