I get so envious reading this thread about other clubs pre-season fixtures.

We dropped our reserve side 3 years ago, and due to the ongoing problems at Bloomfield Road, do not have what you would call a proper development squad/under 21 side at the moment.

If Bolton's under 21 fixtures above were Blackpool's, I would be looking at 7 grounds where a Blackpool side had never played.

I have been to many memorable matches, been to 100+ European matches/finals, have seen both Arsenal and Den Bosch winning championships but I had only one wish, seeing Den Bosch playing overseas in a friendly (European would be better but I have to be realistic Wink).

4 Years ago they played away at Charlton and couldn't get off from my work.

This pre-season, 1st of July, we're playing at St.Mirren v Celtic so after more than 150+ England visits I will go finally to Scotland where I have never been.
Although it will be a Celtic Xl I presume I always am curious why a club like Celtic invited a small team from the Netherlands.

I'm just doing Berlin and Barnet out of that lot. More excited about Barnet to be honest, it'll be League ground no 111 for me! Even delaying my holiday to Great Yarmouth by a day to go to it!

PS Union Berlin is a 2pm (local time) kick off

Blackburn pre season fixtures very much have the feel of the now defunct Lancashire Manx Cup:

First Team
Accrington (a) 11/07
Rochdale (a) 21/07
Tranmere (a) 24/07
Oldham (a) 25/07
Bury (a) 28/07
Wigan (h) 01/08

there is also a training camp in Portugal although no game this year (apparently)... Confused
