Huddersfield played West Ham in the FA Cup in 68/9 but it was the 4th Rd on 25th January 1969.

Does it have the date in American format - MM-DD-YYYY (01-04-1969) instead of the usual way we record it?

I think that was the date me and my mate went to see Arsenal at Bristol Rovers, with the Wurzels as pre-match entertainment. Might be wrong with the date but I think it was 4 January, 1969.
