Amsterdam v Man United 1962 Friendly - Help please

Hi Guys,
I've acquired the following and just want to know if its of any value. See some copies on eBay for £22 but they aren't shifting.
My copy has a tear half way across the middle but no writing as seen below.

Relatively common item and usually found in a good condition. £22 and not selling and your copy has defects-I think you are looking at much less in this state, not a difficult one to find either, the one from 1959 against Feijnoord has a higher value, especially the Sport Gid version.
