Is this a real and true valuation of this programme or just pie in the sky

At first glance it looks like Desperate Dan's cow pie in the sky, I suppose checking out his other prices might give you a guide.

Given that he couldn't sell it in September for £300 less than he's asking for it now......... I suspect its not the steal of the century.

As I recall this programme sold for a couple of hundred quid at Sporting Memorys in Birmingham a few years back.... might even be the same programme. Quite an eye-watering price hike.

What I find so amazing is the lack of description/photos
For example no image for the back cover
It's not exactly 99p being asked for

Totally agree.

If you are trying to sell something at this kind of price the least you could do is build it up a bit with a detailed description and a few photos.

I probably go into too much detail when I am selling but I think that is better than too little.

I notice more and more these days on ebay that some sellers provide hardly any description at all and just rely on the info in the title as to what they are selling.

On a technical point - the seller mentions that he has bumped up the P&P cost as E Bay take 10%.

I thought E Bay were trying to stamp out excessive P&P costs or have they now given up?

They now charge you 12% of the E-bay selling price and I think another 12% of the postage costs , , , so thats 25% of the total payment you received, and then of cource there's the Paypal Fee on top of the 25% cut they have already taken ........This is of course unkless someone knows better, in which case I bow to superior knowledge Bow

Still 10% not 12%.

And that is 10% of the total of final value plus postage.
