The 82/83 Sunderland home was issued to Directors only - have only seen one sold over the last 40 years and it went for £500.
Apologies if you already know this.

I didn't know a copy sold for £5 ...

Not easy to find, they only started issuing in the mid 60s. Issues from the 60s tend to sell for £20 and over.
